Each and every watch I have built is done so with pride and therefore I would make it as easy as possible for you to have any questions answered and access to all the information you need to have your dream watch around your wrist.
Below the most frequently asked questions I get. They are subject to change based on the questions I get. If your questions is not amongst them then please contact me.
We also accept a 50% deposit payment. All above payment methods also apply to deposit payments.

Go your account dashboard -> Addresses. Here you can select whether to edit your registered shipping or billing address.
It depends if you order a ready made watch or if I would still need to source parts for the watch. If the watch is already made I can ship it within 3 working days after receiving payment.
In case of a custom build or if the watch you saw in the shop is not built I would need to source parts. This usually takes between 3-4 weeks. After that I would build your watch and ship it within a week of receiving all the necessary parts.
All mentioned lead times below start after I dispatch your order. After the order is ready for shipment it take between 1-3 business days before I dispatch the order and are able to provide you with a tracking number. All Seiko mod watches come with a Seiko box.
*Within EU
Regular shipping for deliveries within the EU takes up to 7 business days and shipping fee is 27 Euro. Free delivery for deliveries within Hungary. There is an express option for 42.- Euro which the transit time is 3-5 working days.
*Rest of the world
Regular shipping for deliveries outside of the EU takes up to 10 business days and cost 34.- Euro. There is an express shipment option with delivery within 3-5 business days. Shipping fee is 54,- Euro.
Please use the tracking number provided after your order is shipped. The tracking number will usually be provided to you within 1 working day after shipment is sent our. Contact us if by any chance you did not receive a tracking number.
All orders are shipped from the EU, therefore all international customers (outside of the EU) may be required to pay applicable duty, sales tax and customs charges during the import process or when receiving your order. I cannot provide an exact amount for any sales tax, duty and customs charges as they are determined by your local government. For further assistance with this, please contact your local government for details.
The build and movement functionality are guaranteed for 1 year after the order has been received. Any damages are excluded from the warranty. As example; Most of the watches are at least 5 ATM waterproof (excluding the vintage style builds) but it is impossible for me to verify if you properly screwed down the crown when taking inot the water.
The complete custom modifications I make are guaranteed for one year, but I am not responsible for any damage that may occur to the watch. For example: It is impossible to know if the wearer of the watch made sure the crown was screwed down before swimming with it.
In general; no. As after you place your order I immediately source the necessary parts for your custom build, I will not be able to make any changes, size amendments or cancel an order in any instance once it has been placed.
If you want to make changes after you have placed the order, please contact me. We talk about the possibilities. If changes are possible they are subject to extra costs.
We offer the option to make a 50% deposit payment. The remaining 50% open amount will be invoiced after 28 days or after the watch has been built. In case the watch is build earlier then the 28 days have passed, you will be informed and are to pay the remaining 50% and after that the watch will be shipped your way.
After a deposit order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. I ensure that all details are specified so to truly make the watch you wished for and ordered. Any later changes are subject to extra costs.
We are able to accept a return request within 14 days of receiving the order. All postage and handling costs for the return shipment will be incurred by you. We are not responsible for return packages should they not reach us, so please retain your proof of postage and use tracking. Returns are processed within 5 business days of being received and once your return has been processed you will be sent an email confirmation. In case of a custom build or pre-orders we hold the right to not grant a return. Do contact us in this case. We can provide a refund of 50% of the price of the product. All returned items must be in original unworn mint condition without any damage or sign of wear.
The costs for returning an item should be paid by the customer. I am not responsible for missing return packages should they not reach us, so I strongly advise to ensure your return/exchange is sent back to us via a trackable shipping method. If by any chance I made an order error we will, of course, reimburse the costs of return shipping. This will be judged on a case by case basis.
